Refund & Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only offer refund if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For Kybun products, all products are non-refundable, but it is exchangeable (except KyBounder) if the size is not suitable. All Kybun products (except KyBounder) are covered with 1-year warranty. You are required to fill up the details be for the warranty card upon order as per below: 

  • Name
  • Gender
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address

You will not be entitled to the 1-year warranty if you failed to provide this information upon order. It will be 1-time free pickup and delivery for exchange or warranty (for KyBun products only, except KyBounder). Please refer to the SHIPPING tab for more detail.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Several types of goods are non-returned, includes:

    1. Perishable Goods (Food & Beverage, Flower)
    2. Balloon
    3. Electronic and Gadget
    4. Lingerie and swimwear (and other garments due to hygiene reasons)
    5. Cosmetic
    6. Perfumes
    7. Jewelry
    8. Ticket, coupon, Hotel reservation/ concert, air Ticket
    9. CD & DVD
    10. Gift cards
    11. Downloadable software products
    12. Some health and personal care items

    We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refund can be in the following forms,

    1. Cash Refund; or
    2. Credit Refund

    Cash Refund

    Cash refund is only applicable to the followings:

    1. Damaged item(s) that was returned and verified by us; or
    2. Purchased item(s) ran out-of-stock at the point of payment; or
    3. Purchased item(s) lost in transit (after confirmation from us).
    4. Within 14 calendar days upon the order receipt date.

     Email notification will be send to you to notify:

    1. The result of your refund request
    2. The request for you to provide the following information for reimbursement – success request only:
      • Your full name
      • Your NRIC no.
      • Your bank and branch (for Debit Card only)
      • Your bank account (for Debit Card only)
      • For payment made via Credit Card and PayPal, reimbursement will be made to the same Credit Card and PayPal used to make payment for the purchase.
    3. The money has been reimburse into your bank account as per item 2 above.

    Refunds process will take within 10 to 15 working days.

    Please check your bank account, Credit Card or PayPal after receive email notification on the reimbursement.

    For Credit Card and PayPal, please contact your Credit Card provider and PayPal customer service.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at SENDingDong-support@send.com.my.

    Credit Refund

    Credit refund is a form of credit voucher to customer who has paid for the purchase but later made cancellation without valid reason.

    Credit refund amount will be the same amount as the paid amount.

    Credit refund will be given within 2 to 5 working days.

    Customer will be notify via email on the credit refund amount and refund code.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at SENDingDong-support@send.com.my and send your item to: No. 8C, Jalan Teknologi 3/4, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara Petaling Jaya Selangor MY 47810.

    For Kybun products, you are allowed to exchange if the size is different / uncomfortable. The product sealed should not be broken EXCEPT for item type that cannot be differentiated visually based on information provided on the box / packaging only.
    To return your product;
    1. You can contact us at SENDingDong-support@send.com.my and we will arrange our SENDer to collect the item from you.

    2. You can mail your product to: No. 8C, Jalan Teknologi 3/4, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara Petaling Jaya Selangor MY 47810

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    SENDingDong shipping cost is RM30 and within Klang Valley only.
    For Kybun products (except KyBounder), it will be 1-time free pickup and delivery for exchange within Klang Valley. SENDingDong will charge RM30 for the second time product exchange within Klang Valley.
